Overview
This team member will have the opportunity to learn from and work alongside our experienced Executive Assistant as you help generate new business for our company. You will be responsible for organizing, shipping, setting up and tracking our hardware, conference materials, employee-related items and other items when necessary. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and general upkeep of Eventeny property i.e. hardware, tablets, shipping material and more.
The ideal candidate for this position would be detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and experience in logistics, inventory management, and customer service. They should be proficient in communication, both written and verbal, and possess the ability to build positive relationships with customers while providing efficient solutions. Additionally, they should demonstrate a proactive mindset, problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the shipping and inventory management processes.

This is a part-time position with a competitive hourly rate of $20/per hour. The final offer will be determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise. This is not a remote position.
